What is Involved in Our Workplace Noise Assessments?

Our workplace noise assessment is structured into three key stages: Survey, Analysis and Reporting. This ensures a thorough understanding of noise exposure and a clear path to regulatory compliance.

Noise at Work Survey

The survey stage captures a complete picture of noise in the workplace. This includes:

  • Measuring employee exposure;
  • Identifying areas and employees exceeding Noise at Work thresholds;

Workplace Noise Data Analysis

During the analysis stage, we use the survey data to determine compliance with the Noise at Work Regulations, including:

  • Calculate employee exposure;
  • Identify the highest-risk areas and roles where exposure is greatest;
  • Assess the benefit of mitigation measures; and
  • Evaluate current hearing protection.

This stage ensures that recommendations are data-driven and tailored to the actual operations of the workplace.

Reporting
